SHIPPING POLICY

We package and ship your selected products to arrive safely and in one piece to the best of our abilities.  we want you to be delighted with your purchases! We ship as quickly as possible, usually within two days of receiving your order.  We use the fastest and most economical shipping to bring you your goods.

 If you are placing a bulk order, please allow 3-5 days for us to process and create your order. 

If you are ordering a custom hat, please allow 10 -15 days to create your hat and ship it.

We send a tracking email with order.  Please contact us if there is a problem but also contact the shipping service for problems in delivery.

RETURN POLICY

All bath and body products are charged with intention, energy appropriate to the intention, and made in a sterile environment. Your personalization is important to me, so all Custom orders are made with YOUR intention in mind.

 

If you receive your package and the contents are broken, please email us a picture of the broken items.  We will replace any broken bottles or leaking perfume roll-ons.  We ask that you also file a claim with USPS or UPS if the box is broken and items are damaged, as we put insurance on our packages to protect them and you.

We DO NOT accept returns on body products.  We also are not responsible for any harm that comes to the user, as all ingredients are listed on the packaging and in the descriptions to protect us and you!.

We will exchange for another scent if the one you received did not meet your needs. We will only exchange when the product is returned to us.

Hats are not returnable. Please measure your head. All hat sizes are listed in listings. If your hat is damaged in shipping we will do what we can to remedy the situation. Once your hat is shipped, we have no control over the way your package is treated or if it is not delivered by the post office.  Each hat is insured for $100.00. Please file a claim with the post office or UPS if there is a problem with a missing package.

If you order a hat, please check your hat size before doing so.  We do not take returns on hats or give refunds if they do not fit.  Each hat has a hat size included in the description, so please, please, please measure your head! 

 

If the hat is damaged in delivery, please contact USPS and UPS to claim the insurance on it.  We will do our best to recreate another hat for you, but no two hats are alike.
